Important Tips

Tip #1:  Choose a contractor that is license and insured.  Always check the credentials and ask for references.  Never hire a pressure washing company based on price alone.  Remember your investment is worth the research. 

Tip #2:  Ask questions regarding the equipment and chemicals a company uses. Cheap equipment may be a sign of a “fly-by-night” company that won’t be able to guarantee its work or worse not be in business tomorrow.  A quality contractor will use professional equipment with contractor grade cleaners that are sold through distributors and are still environmentally safe.  AE Pressure Cleaning use water heated at 180 degrees to kill mold and other fungus.  Chemicals are used when necessary and are biodegradable.  

Tip #3:  Make sure the pressure washing company is knowledgeable about cleaning a variety of surfaces.  Some surfaces like vinyl and asphalt shingles can be damaged from hot water cleaning and cold water pressure washing is preferred.  AE Pressure cleaning has the capacity to provide hot or cold water pressure washing.
